Ngarama, 23rd March 2023 – The National Child Development Agency (NCDA) in collaboration with Eastern Province and districts and other partners launched the celebration of Early Childhood Development Day.
In celebration of this day, A visit was conducted at MODEL INCLUSIVE ECD NGARAMA by The Governor of the Eastern Province CG Emmanuel K. GASANA together with NCDA Director General Mrs. UMUTONI GATSINZI Nadine.
